Registration Terms and Conditions
- All registration fees are in U.S. Dollars. Registrations will not be processed without full payment.
- Promo/discount codes cannot be applied to existing registrations.
- Attendees must be 13+ to register.
- No strollers, roller carts or suitcases will be allowed in the expo hall or any classrooms.
- Refund Policy:
- Cancellations and refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis. However, substitutions are allowed – you may replace your registration with another person.
- Accepted cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee before August 8th, 2024. Cancellations requested/approved after August 8th, 2024 are subject to a 50% fee.

- Student Policy:
- Students are encouraged to attend the event and may qualify for a discounted rate.

- Non-licensed professionals may be allowed to attend the show on a case-by-case basis.
