All registration fees are in US Dollars. Registrations will not be processed without full payment.
No strollers or wheeled carts permitted on the show floor. A complimentary bag check area will be provided.
Face & Body Northern California is for spa industry professionals only.
All spouses and children, regardless of age, must have a badge to be permitted on the show floor.
Credit cards and cash are the only forms of registration payment accepted on-site.

Badges will be mailed in mid-August to the address provided at the time of registration for domestic registrants.
Badges will not be mailed to international registrants. Badges for international registrants may be picked up on-site.
Registrations must be received along with payment in full by July 26, 2013, to receive badges via mail.
If you do not receive your badge before leaving for the conference, you will be able to pick it up at the Pre-registration Desk at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
The Expo Hall will not be open on Saturday, August 24, which is exclusively for the Conference Program and Evening Out.
Class sizes are limited for the Advanced Education Conference Program. Capacity is limited for the Evening Out.
Supplier Class seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and attendees do not need to register for individual classes.
