Additional Information
- No refunds or replacements; all sales are final.
- All registration fees are in US Dollars. Registrations will not be processed without full payment.
- No strollers or wheeled carts permitted on the show floor. A complimentary bag check area will be provided.
- Face & Body Northern California is for spa industry professionals only.
- All spouses and children, regardless of age, must have a badge to be permitted on the show floor.
- Credit cards and cash are the only forms of registration payment accepted on-site.
Deadlines and Details
- Badges will be mailed in mid-August to the address provided at the time of registration for domestic registrants.
- Badges will not be mailed to international registrants. Badges for international registrants may be picked up on-site.
- Registrations must be received along with payment in full by July 26, 2013, to receive badges via mail.
- If you do not receive your badge before leaving for the conference, you will be able to pick it up at the Pre-registration Desk at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
- The Expo Hall will not be open on Saturday, August 24, which is exclusively for the Conference Program and Evening Out.
- Class sizes are limited for the Advanced Education Conference Program. Capacity is limited for the Evening Out.
- Supplier Class seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and attendees do not need to register for individual classes.
