classes: Pat Lam is an internationally known educator and has been involved in the health and beauty fields from more than 25 years. Lam is the president of Skin Care Consultants, secretary of CIDESCO Canada and former vice principal of The Lam School of Advanced Esthetics in Toronto. As an anti-aging health practitioner, she was awarded a CIDESCO Gold Medal for her Stress Therapy massage technique and, as a CIDESCO international examiner, has lectured at a variety of national and international esthetic conferences. Lam is a past member of the Skin Inc. magazine editorial advisory board, and has developed and authored multiple resources for the industry, including the book Nutrition: The Healthy Aging Solution (Lam Skin, 2008).
