Pamela Jo Busiek is the president and co-owner of CBI Laboratories, Inc., a Texas-based custom manufacturer of innovative skin care and topical OTC pharmaceuticals for some of the most prestigious brands in the industry. Educated at Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, her focus was on marketing and economics. She applied her education, furthered her skills as a graduate of the Neiman-Marcus Executive Training Program, and continued her pursuits in the beauty business world. In 1990, Pam launched her first international skin care company and became one of CBI’s largest manufacturing customers. She has a knowledgeable passion for ingredients, proven results-oriented products and attaches the philosophy of excellence to all she endeavors.
