Leslie Hunt has 23 years of experience in the field of human and organizational development both as an internal and external consultant. She specializes in helping employees and companies achieve their strategic goals through effective talent management—hiring, training, leadership development, conflict resolution and change management. Through her work with large, global corporations, which required extensive travel, she was able to experience services at some of the top spas throughout the United States before and after work assignments. These experiences created a desire to one day open and run her own day spa. Very recently, she has achieved her dream, using her expertise in talent management to select and motivate a team of hair, skin, massage and nail professionals.
