Rebecca James Gadberry is the CEO and chairman of the board at YG Laboratories, a manufacturer of professional performance private label skin and body care based in Huntington Beach, California. She has been an instructor of cosmetic sciences in the department of math, sciences and social sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles Extension in Los Angeles since 1986, and became one of the first licensed estheticians in California in 1977. Gadberry also is a 2008–2009 member of the Skin Inc. magazine editorial advisory board.
