Leslie Hunt and Kathy Miller have extensive experience working together with large corporations to help manage their talent to achieve organizational goals. In 2006, Canyon Ranch Resorts and Spas approached them to create a leadership intern program that would enable them to develop leaders able to successfully launch the company’s new, healthy-living communities.
